This feature allows you to specify type and durations of services you provide for clients. After your services have been entered, your clients are restricted to these services when scheduling. This prevents clients from selecting appointment durations that don't correspond to the requested service. Otherwise the client might select a thirty minute appointment for a service that requires two hours. When you specify your services, the client no longer sees appointment durations on the screen. A list box is displayed containing the various services that your company offers. When the client schedules his appointment, he selects the desired service from the list box. Since the different services are displayed, the client does not have to decide which appointment duration to select.He merely chooses the desired service, and the duration for
that service is automatically selected.
